Q: When my house is powerwashed, are the windows and screens done also?
A: Windows and screened are soaped up with window cleaner and rised off after the house and trim are cleaned. Windows can be cleaned better if the screens are removed.
Q: Do we need to remove our table, gril, furniturel and other items from the deck before powerwashing?
A: No. For your convenience, we remove these items for you and we will replace them when the job is complete.
Q: Can we use our deck after it’s been powerwashed?
A: Yes, but if we are going to come back to stain or seal the deck try to keep the area clean .
Q: Can we use our deck after it’s been treated?
A: After treatment a minimum of 24 hours is required before you walk on the deck & a minimum of 48 hours before you return items.
Q: What is the difference between a sealer & stain?
A: Both an oil based sealer & stain protect the wood. Sealers have little to no pigment (color). Semi transparent stains have pigment. Both allow the natural beauty of the wood to be seen, The more pigment, the longer it lasts. Solid satins are opaque. It is totally a personal preference.
Q: Do we need to be home for these services?
A: No. Most of our services can be done without the homeowner being there. Some times our schedule changes due to weather conditions and we always try to work around people's busy schedules. The only thing we need is access to water source and all windows closed and locked tight.
